Exchanges/Returns are a) non-transferable to others and b) will not be accepted under any circumstances if there is any signs of any wear.c)No Exchanges or Returns on any of the “Liquidation dresses” (as they are all marked down for FINAL SALES),Special Order Items.
7-day Deadline:If you need to exchange/return any regular priced item that is not a beaded gown. For all the returned items there is restocking fee equal to %15 of the final purchase price. Restocking fee will be automatically deducted from the refund amount. For returns, return shipping will be charged to the customer account. Be sure the return package is postmarked no later than 3 days after you received the merchandise and that the merchandise is unworn with all tags attached.
Once your package is received by us, the item must be inspected, the returned item must be in original condition as we have 100% inspection in our shipping department before shipping. If an item has any make-up stains, odors, snags, or tags not attached, the merchandise will be returned to you. If we do return the item to you and it is not accepted, 50% of the item will be charged to you plus the restock fee. If all is in order and the dress was not worn, you will receive a credit to your account. This takes usually 2 – 4 weeks .
For all returns and exchanges please fill in the following form, we will email you a RMA number along with return instructions. This is important as not all sizes and/or colors are guaranteed available at all times.
